Saw this in another cartoon, what if their special talent is finding their special talent?
Why is it not exactly the way you wanted it to look?
It will take a long while before anyone can take stuff out of their head and it looks like what they imagined it.
Well except for brain surgery.
A cutie mark in finding special talents would surely look interesting, but if that were their special talent--if they were that good at it--wouldn't they have their cutie marks now? ...Or maybe it's helping other blank flanks, such as each other, to find their talents? Well, either way, that sounds like a funny cartoon. Sometimes being in a hurry to grow up isn't a bad thing.
Oh, some things just look off to me: the sloppiness of the backgrounds, the anatomy and shading in places, the colors....I need such technology, nothing looks the way I imagined. Fortunately, the way to improve is to draw more ponies, which is a sacrifice I am all too willing to make.

There is tech that will access your brain but it is far away from drawing stuff just by thought.
Well, unless you go to the Fringe universe and steal or borrow a headset from Walter Bishop.
Might need some LSD to go with it.
